Is your practice giving patients what they want online?

For modern dental practices, it has never been more important to deliver a high-quality online experience.

A survey by marketing technology firm Acquia found that approximately two-thirds (65 per cent) of respondents preferred websites that are easy to navigate.

More than one in ten (13 per cent) thought it was important for websites to look good, while 11 per cent looked for engaging online content, Netimperative reported.

Only 2.6 per cent of consumers listed personalisation as an important part of a brand’s digital offering. This finding pointed to a disconnect between many marketers and their audiences, with 92 per cent of senior digital marketing professionals saying personalisation is important.

Summing up the findings, Sylvia Jensen, Acquia’s EMEA vice-president of marketing, said: “Of course, it’s imperative to have a website that looks good and is easy to navigate, but it’s effective personalisation and content that will differentiate brands in the end.”
