Ebooks at length

As we’ve talked about before, newsletters are great at getting your audience engaged, and leaflets are the thing you want if you want to inform your consumers in more detail.

However, if you want to reach out to your target audience on an educational level and in more depth, an ebook is an excellent option for you.

The reality is that most people don’t want to read scrolls of writing on your website, as they are often looking for specific information about products and services, and want to find it as quickly as possible.

Ebooks on the other hand are a different and useful format, in which your patients can find out detailed aspects of a specific area of your dentistry.

For example, you might want to promote a service in your practice that helps protect against gum disease. By producing an e-book with facts and figures about this topic, people can learn more about it and the problems it presents to then come back to you to prevent it.

You can have these ebooks in a downloadable format on your website, but it can be very effective to release them as part of a newsletter send out. By doing this, you’re more likely to get engagement and conversion, as you can target who you want to send the relevant information to.

Similar to ebooks are ezines, which are short and snappy pieces of content that are sent as a mailout to patients. The idea behind them is to keep a more constant stream of communication with your patients by keep them up to date with everything that happens in your practice.

You can also use them to highlight special offers and dental news in a way that is efficient and cost effective.

Both ebooks and ezines work very well as part of a larger marketing campaign, as they can be tailored to promote succinct messages and to target specific patients on your database.
