Earl Howe, dentistry minister, has been booked to speak at an oral health conference next year.
It has been confirmed by the British Dental Association (BDA) that he will be appearing at the British Dental Conference & Exhibition on April 27th 2012.
He will be giving attendees an insight into the coalition government’s plans for the future of dental health in his speech at the event.
There will also be the chance for delegates to put their questions to the minister on oral healthcare issues.
According to the BDA, items on the agenda are expected to include “dental contract and the commissioning of dental services”.
Pharmacologist and brain scientist Professor Susan Greenfield as keynote speaker has already been confirmed as the keynote speaker for the British Dental Conference & Exhibition next spring.
The event will be taking place at the Manchester Central Convention Complex from April 26th to 28th, with BDA members offered a free ticket to one of the days.
