Welcome packs
Welcome packs are a must have for all dental practices who are serious about patient service and care. A well designed professionally produced welcome pack is a valuable marketing tool for all dental practices. Every enquiry is an opportunity to promote your practice - your literature is a reflection of your professionalism. First impressions count and the patient welcome pack will start the patient/practice relationship off in a very positive way. Once the appointment has been made a pack will be sent to the patient and they will have all the information they need about the practice. Details such as opening times, appointment arrangements, treatments, payment options, the dental team, services, location etc would all be covered.
